z8777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where z8777 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons not involving Player fault, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to z8777. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, z8777 may forfeit any remaining balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
